As a school with many challenges, we knew that starting the academic year with a strong foundation as it relates to gathering and using data was the way to lay the foundation. Investing in creating a process and educating teachers on the value of the process was our key focus. This allowed us to educate the educators so that in our second year of implementation, we can begin to see some real change in student outcomes and teacher efficacy.
