Ms. Rice offers over 18 years of experience providing research and technical assistance for a wide range of clients, including local, state, and federal organizations. Her current area of research focuses on innovative approaches to building skills necessary for success in the workforce, such as apprenticeships/work-based learning; competency-based education (CBE); integrated education and training (IET); employability skills development; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education; and business-led education advocacy.
